Dr. Trevor Deck
Dr. Trevor Deck obtained his Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the University of Ottawa and completed his clinical internship at the Ottawa Centre for Psychological Services. He also completed supervised placements at the Ottawa Couple and Family Institute, the Lakehead Psychiatric Hospital (Thunder Bay), the Thunder Bay Regional Hospital & Community Mental Health Centre and the Rideau Correctional & Treatment Centre. Dr. Deck has provided psychological services since 1994. He is currently in private practice in Sudbury.
Dr. Deck regularly works with adults referred by insurance companies, WSIB, rehabilitation firms and other sources. He treats various issues, including depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, phobias, pain management, anger management, sleep problems, marital problems and other issues.
Dr. Deck is registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario. He is a member of the Canadian Academy of Psychologists in Disability Assessment and an associate member of the Canadian Society of Medical Evaluators.
Associates
Services may be available from an associate who has a master’s level training in psychology or is completing their master’s degree in psychology. Dr. Trevor Deck supervises all associates.
